PRODUCT DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Fina Studio Jewellery dispatches product within two business days after confirmation and receive of payment, unless otherwise stated. Should there be unexpected delay on our ends, we will inform you of the delay and will offer full refund should you request cancellation of order. Fina Studio Jewellery delivers products within Australia using third-party delivery company. Different shipping methods and relevant cost (if applicable) options will be presented to you during the checkout process prior to payment. The actual delivery is handled by the shipping company and is out of our control.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Fina Studio Jewellery are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

ORDER CANCELLATION

For make-to-order products, Fina Studio Jewellery do not accept order cancellation after one business day post order confirmation. We reserve the rights to ask for deposit for make-to-order products and the deposit is not refundable should you decide to cancel the order.

For in stock product orders, we cannot provide cancellation once the order is prepared for shipment.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Fina Studio Jewellery do not offer change-of-mind returns.

Fina Studio Jewellery is complied with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), should the received product is faulty, please contact us for returns and refunds.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Fina Studio Jewellery and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Fina Studio Jewellery does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
