Fina Studio Jewellery do not offer change-of-mind returns.

Fina Studio Jewellery is complied with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), should the received product is faulty, please contact us for returns and refunds.

ORDER CANCELLATION

For make-to-order products, Fina Studio Jewellery do not accept order cancellation after one business day post order confirmation. We reserve the rights to ask for deposit for make-to-order products and the deposit is not refundable should you decide to cancel the order.

For in stock product orders, we cannot provide cancellation once the order is prepared for shipment.
