Unlike both of the traditional and Argentium™ sterling silver, which are silver alloyed with base metal such as copper, this high-end material is silver alloyed with palladium, another precious metal. It is stronger than traditional sterling silver and thus has higher resistant to small scratches, has an even more lustrous "silver white" sheen, and even higher tarnish resistant! However this fantastic alloy comes with a premium, as the precious metal palladium itself is, well, quite expensive, as of now palladium's market price is higher than gold!
